Professional experience of construction of economical and applicable electronic clean workshop



Everyone should know that the clean plant is a production plant with clean rooms and clean areas as important symbols. In recent years, it has been favored by all walks of life and has become the standard of production. In particular, high-tech enterprises have a greater demand for clean plants. Because the production process of electronic products is very strict with the environment, the control of technical indicators will be particularly accurate. In order to ensure the safe and orderly operation, the design of clean workshop in electronic industry needs strict requirements from all aspects. For the construction of electronic clean plant, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of China has provided detailed design specifications for guidance - Code for design of electronic industry clean plant, No.: gb50472-2008.





During the construction of the electronic clean workshop, our designers have always paid attention to the work based on the "people-oriented" principle. In addition to the ideal control of cleanliness, the design idea also pays attention to preventing the damage of static electricity to electronic products. The two aspects of "controlling micro dust" and "controlling static electricity" are the core of the design of electronic product clean workshop. With the development of science and technology, the volume of electronic products is becoming smaller and smaller, and they are more and more sensitive to micro dust. In line with the national conditions of China's industrial development and rejuvenating the country through science and technology, electronic factories with electronic components as key components are blooming everywhere. What experience can we learn from when we are building electronic clean plants?



The designer's experience is that technical indicators should be kept in mind. Taking the electronic 10000 class clean plant as an example, some key design parameters are:



1. Noise level (empty state) in electronic 10000 level clean room: no more than 65dB (a)



2. The full distribution ratio of the vertical flow clean room in the electronic clean room shall not be less than 60%, and that of the horizontal one-way flow clean room shall not be less than 40%. Otherwise, it is partial one-way flow.



3. A certain static pressure difference shall be maintained between the electronic clean room and the outdoor space. The static pressure difference between each clean room (area) and the surrounding space shall be determined according to the production process. The static pressure difference between clean rooms (areas) of different grades shall not be less than 5pa, and the static pressure difference between clean rooms and non clean rooms shall be greater than 5pa. The static pressure difference between the clean room and the outdoor shall be greater than 10Pa.



4. The temperature of the electronic plant shall be controlled at about 22 ℃ and the relative humidity shall be controlled at 50-60% (there are relevant temperature and humidity regulations for special clean workshops).



5. Ensure that the amount of fresh air supplied to each person in the clean room per hour is not less than 40m3.

Understanding the design specifications is not equal to being able to design economical and applicable schemes. Referring to the same technical standards, different schemes will be presented under the pen of different design units. "Experience is a good teacher" is a wise saying. From the standpoint of both parties, Party A (the party preparing to build the electronic factory) should be most concerned about the project quality, cooperation process control and comprehensive cost. Party B (design and decoration unit) is concerned about the complete and coordinated cooperation, striving to create landmark projects and win-win results through its own specialties. This is interesting. For example, in the same 10000 level workshop, integrated circuit production, silicon material production, optical fiber production, surface mount (SMT), separation device production, complete machine assembly production, and automatic control component production. Because the process types are different, the cost of the corresponding clean plant is different. Skilled designers will not use technical indicators to hard copy. Instead, they will interface with Party A through on-site investigation for many times and issue plane design scheme and internal supporting system scheme based on their own experience.



Some Party A cares about the decoration cost and does not have to make a fuss about the material cost. We can completely reduce the whole cost through mature and scientific design. For example, some electronic components involve inflammable and explosive characteristics. Scientific design will design appropriate placement areas for inflammable and explosive materials, and scientifically design fire evacuation routes, water supply and drainage pipes, smoke exhaust pipes, internal air conditioning pipes, etc. in the plant. Where there is concentration, there is concentration; where there is dispersion, there is dispersion. Don't underestimate the scientific setting. The energy consumption of later operation can also be seen in the design.



The cooling load of the electronic clean plant is much larger than that of the clean plant in other industries. It is common that the unit cooling load reaches 400 ~ 500W / ㎡. Due to the large cooling load, generally, cooling is also required in winter, which is a characteristic of the electronic industry. How to configure HVAC systems with different building areas in the plant area? How to partition? How many districts are there? Whether the air supply outlet is designed with a constant air volume valve and cooperated with the environmental monitoring system to ensure the constant parameters of the clean area and save energy consumption. It is more scientific for mature design Party B to think about all kinds of professional contents.



After the design scheme is finalized, the electronic clean plant project will draw the construction drawing and prepare the project list, including the material consumption, main equipment, three wastes treatment, labor quota, relevant technical and economic indicators, anti-seismic civil air defense, construction sequence and time limit, and will also list in detail the dimensions and partial detailed design of relevant professional projects to guide the on-site construction and installation and equipment and material preparation, and make the detailed budget of the project accordingly.
